Nothing really new to report. Continuing to add miles by beating the heat and my internal inertia. Isn't that interesting that sometimes at one moment I feel it is difficult to stand up and grab the remote and then the next moment I ride 50 miles at a decent speed with not that much effort. It must be something in the head.
